2. The Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre

This informative and engaging session occurs the 3rd Monday of every month from 6 - 8pm. It provides information to help decide on a preferred birth location. The discussion surrounds what to expect for giving birth in a hospital, at the Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre and at home and includes speaking from individuals who have given birth at all of those locations.
