I obtained my midwifery education from McMaster University, and returned to pursue a Masters of Science in Midwifery to expand my clinical and leadership skills. I also hold a previous degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from Acadia University. I have been privileged to be providing midwifery care in the Ottawa area, and to have had learning experiences with diverse populations in Toronto, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton and Haida Gwaii, BC. When not providing midwifery care, I can be found enjoying the outdoors with my family.

I feel passionate about providing evidence based, family centered care that highlights choice and honours respect, learning, and empowerment through health teaching.
